Introduction to Shiatsu Courses

In this Introduction to Shiatsu weekend course Autumn will teach the basic principles of Shiatsu, the main treatment methods used and give the opportunity to experience Shiatsu yourself.

Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork methodology based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, the meridian systems and their connection to the body’s organs.

Spring Shiatsu Course 2017

Spring holds the power of beginnings, new projects, change, action, impulsivity…

With the bursting forth of spring, our bodies can show the imbalance of our spring energies of liver and gallbladder, leading to tension headaches, anger & impatience.

We will learn shiatsu techniques that release and nourish liver and gallbladder. This will help us move forward with the flexibility which comes with the flow of these energies, helping to integrate them into our bodies and lives for the new seasonal year.

An Evening with Herbs

Come and enjoy an evening with Autumn, learning about herbs and their functions.

The series includes 4 sessions:

  • 10th July 2017 – Immune Herbs
  • 14th August 2017 – Sleep and Relaxation Herbs
  • 11th September 2017 – Cleansing Herbs
  • 9th October 2017 – Metabolic Herbs

Alongside learning from Autumn about herbs, asking questions and sharing your experiences, you will have the chance to touch, smell and taste herbs and products. The evening will be supported by Herbal Potential with teas to sip away on as you socialise, relax and have fun!
