Spring Shiatsu Course 2017

Spring holds the power of beginnings, new projects, change, action, impulsivity…

With the bursting forth of spring, our bodies can show the imbalance of our spring energies of liver and gallbladder, leading to tension, headaches, anger & impatience.

We will learn shiatsu techniques that release and nourish liver and gallbladder. This will help us move forward with the flexibility which comes with the flow of these energies, helping to integrate them into our bodies and lives for the new seasonal year.

This course will offer:

  • japanese stretches and acupressure point stimulation to nourish tendons, muscles and blood

  • learn to treat liver and gallbladder meridians

  • work on shoulders, neck, hips and legs

We will also work on strengthening our immune system that may have been compromised this winter and re-establish the vital forces of our body through spleen and lung meridians.

Intensive practical learning in a small group of 6-8 people, booking essential.
